When several leaders are present, serious tension can arise when each individual's desire to voice their opinion conflicts with the need to maintain unity and the collective spirit. Such a situation often leads to a conflict between the wish to prove one's competence and the responsibility for collective efforts. For example, if one leader attempts to finish a task alone to demonstrate his ability, it can complicate the process of aligning common goals and the team's work principles. On the other hand, insufficient support from a more experienced manager may cause a young leader to begin noticing his own weaknesses and mistakes, which in turn negatively affects the group dynamics.
